Change of mind
To qualify for a store credit for change of mind, product/s must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your product/s. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s we will provide you with a store credit valid to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
All our products are handmade please be aware that there maybe slight differences between items. slight differences will not qualify for a Refund.
If you deem your products to be faulty or have received an incorrect item please send a photo to woolfeandcobeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product/s. Please ensure to include your order number in the subject line so we can process your request as soon as possible.
